Connect Claude

Claude can connect to Memside as a remote custom connector. The hosted connector flow uses OAuth, so no Memside API key is required.

Add the connector

1. In Claude, open your profile and choose Settings.

2. Open Connectors.

3. Choose Add custom connector.

4. Enter Memside as the name.

5. Set Remote MCP Server URL to:

   https://api.memside.com/mcp/

6. Add the connector.

7. When prompted, sign in to Memside and approve the OAuth connection.

8. Restart the Claude app once if the connector does not appear immediately.

Once connected to your Claude account, Memside may also be available in Claude on other supported devices.

Test the connection

Ask Claude:

Find my most recent Memside checkpoint and summarize the next actions.

Claude should request only the tools needed for the task. Review write or delete requests before approving them.

If desktop authentication loops

Add and connect the same Memside server from claude.ai in a browser first. Then restart the desktop app or sign in again.
