Where to start

Report a problem
Section titled “Report a problem”Email support@memside.com.
Include the affected app, operating system, approximate time, exact error text, and safe reproduction steps. Remove API keys, tokens, and private content from screenshots or logs.
Product direction
Section titled “Product direction”Current product direction includes:
- smoother connections with AI tools and external workflows;
- better continuity and retrieval;
- richer import and organization options;
- continued improvement of the personal memory hub.
Future-looking notes describe direction, not fixed delivery promises.
