Memory Dashboard

View saved Memories

Saved Memories appear in the main area of the dashboard. This is where Memories can be browsed, searched, opened, edited, and managed.

The dashboard offers two views:

Cards View is the default. It shows labels, badges, attachments, dates, checkpoints, Operating Rules, Task Details, and Connections more clearly.
Table View is a compact view for scanning, comparing, and sorting many Memories.

Switch between them with the Cards / Table control.

Information shown

Depending on the selected view, a Memory can show:

title and main text;
tags and attachments;
status and sensitivity;
important dates;
a score badge;
a Checkpoint or Operating Rule marker;
a Task Details indicator;
a Connections indicator;
the More actions menu.

Cards View provides the fullest summary. Table View keeps the layout compact.

Score badge

The score badge helps Memside and connected AI tools identify Memories that may be useful.

It works in the background and does not need to be adjusted manually.

Sort Memories

In Cards View, use the Sort menu.

In Table View, select a column heading.

This makes it possible to browse by date, title, or another available field.

View and edit

To edit a Memory:

Open its More actions menu.
Select View / Edit.
Update the required fields.
Add a change note when useful.
Save the changes.

The form changes based on Memory type:

Standard Memories show title, content, tags, status, dates, sensitivity, and attachments.
Operating Rules show rule title, instruction, scope, and priority.
Notes and Tasks can use Checkpoint Preset and Checkpoint Summary.
Tasks can enable Task Details for progress and continuation information.

Every save creates a new version, so the earlier state remains in History.

Task Details indicator

A Task with Task Details can show:

current status;
progress;
assignee;
next step.

Use Task Details when the task needs a clearer working state. A simple task can remain a normal Memory.

History

Every saved change creates version history.

To open it:

Open More actions.
Select History.

History shows earlier versions, saved dates, a summary of changed fields, and an older content preview. Task Memories can also show changes to progress and next steps.

Restore a version

To restore an earlier version:

Open History.
Find the required version.
Select Restore.

The earlier content becomes a new current version. Existing history is not removed.

Archive and complete

Archive removes a Memory from the active working list without deleting it. Use it for information that is finished, paused, or no longer needed in the main view.

Completed marks a Memory, usually a Task, as done. It remains available for reference.

Delete a Memory

Deleting a Memory permanently removes it and its version history.

From the app:

Open More actions.
Select Delete.
Confirm the warning.

AI deletion is optional and controlled in Settings > AI Permissions. Even when it is enabled, each deletion requires explicit confirmation.
