Include
Section titled “Include”- a short description of the expected and observed behavior;
- the affected AI client or browser;
- the operating system and app version, when relevant;
- the approximate date and time of the issue;
- the exact error text;
- safe reproduction steps.
Screenshots are useful when they do not expose private content.
Do not include
Section titled “Do not include”- passwords or recovery codes;
- Memside API keys;
- OAuth or session tokens;
- private Memory content unless it is essential and the disclosure risk has been considered;
- unrelated personal or customer data.
If a secret was exposed, revoke or rotate it before contacting support.
Security and privacy reports
Section titled “Security and privacy reports”Use the same email address and make the subject clear, for example
Security report: short description. Include the smallest safe reproduction
and the potential impact. Testing must not access or change another account’s
data.
